How does it work?

Unlike Kansas City Shuttle’s shared-ride, Kansas City Shuttle Express is a direct non-stop airport service meaning your vehicle will take you straight to your destination without stops in between. The type of vehicle will be similar to the picture displayed when you make your reservation and you will not share the ride with others. Service is available for up to 3 passengers and 3 bags and in some markets up to 4 passengers and 4 bags.

What to expect

To the airport

After your reservation has been made you will receive a confirmation that has all the important details of your trip along with a contact number of the provider who will be transporting you. Approximately 24 hours in advance of your trip, you will receive a reminder. On the day of travel, your driver will normally notify you of arrival using the phone number listed on your reservation and assist with luggage.

For rides to the airport, we recommend booking 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.

From the airport

When you arrive proceed to the baggage claim area to retrieve your luggage, you will receive a message from Kansas City Shuttle Express/Execucar confirming your pick up. Arrival instruction vary by airport and service type. Your driver will normally call or text you using the phone number listed on your reservation or you’ll receive a text with arrival instructions and a contact number. Detailed instructions on how to connect with your ride are included in your conformation along with a phone number from the service provider in that market.
