How does it work?
When you book shared ride with Kansas City Shuttle, you will be grouped with other travelers headed in the same direction, within the same timeframe. Depending on time of day, seasonality, and number of travelers, your shuttle may make a few stops along the way to pick up, or drop off, fellow passengers.
What to expect
To the airport
After your reservation has been made you will receive a confirmation that has all the important details of your trip along with a contact number of the provider who will be transporting you. Approximately 24 hours in advance of your trip, you will receive a reminder. Your assigned pick-up time includes a 15-minute window. This means that your shuttle will arrive within 15 minutes of your schedule time so please be prepared. On the day of travel, your driver will normally notify you of arrival using the phone number listed in your reservation.
For rides to the airport, we recommend booking 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.
From the airport

When you arrive proceed to the baggage claim area to retrieve your luggage, you will receive a message from Kansas City Shuttle Express/Execucar confirming your pick up. Arrival instruction vary by airport and service type. Your driver will normally call or text you using the phone number listed on your reservation or you’ll receive a text with arrival instructions and a contact number. Detailed instructions on how to connect with your ride are included in your conformation along with a phone number from the service provider in that market.
